Polite reminder, our collection is both in store and online and we use small round adhesive price stickers which adhere to the side of the safety label which is not in English. We remove the price stickers prior to sale/shipping. We are unable to accept returns of any Jellycat product where the label is folded/creased/torn or has evidence of price sticker removal as it is not a defect or damaged product.
Additional revenue from retired products has gone to fund the supply of Mood Bears to local schools, nurture groups and charities/organisations working with children, over £2000 of Bears have been donated.
We have also been able to send £600 of ‘Wish List’ items to Border Pet Rescue - supporting one of our local animal shelter charities, as well as buying the items from local pet supply store WE Howden in Coldstream.
